Whether you’re an individual or a small business owner, with a small or large project, or if you prefer on-site or remote support, the process remains consistent:

- STEP 1: it always begins with a thorough assessment session = the initial consultation. The objective is to evaluate your specific challenges, determine what’s most important for you to achieve, and measure or analyse your current setup. From there, we’ll send you a personalised proposal.
- STEP 2: we begin! In the planning phase, you’ll receive your custom plan, which provides step-by-step guidance and any deliverable(s) based on your chosen plan: hands-on, working 100% together throughout every steps, or a guided DIY approach.
- STEP 3: we’ll work together during the scheduled organising session(s), offering you support and guidance to declutter and organise effectively. We’ll follow up, assess progress, and ensure the solutions are effective and working to last.

On-site/Video Visit (30′ to 1-hour): free*
Receive a personalised estimate following a comprehensive 1:1 assessment of your space, situation, and needs.

ROOM REVAMP PACKAGE: £200
For those who want a focused solution for a single space. Perfect if you’re willing to handle some of the tasks on your own but need expert guidance from start to finish and support to stay on track.
It includes:
- Initial consultation (30′ to 1-hour on-site or video visit, before the session)
- Custom action plan for preparation & follow-up (tasks to tackle before/after)
- 3-hour hands-on decluttering, organising, and coaching
- Labelling (if time allows)
- Researching & suggesting the best storage & local options curated for your space
- Guidance and motivation for long-term organisation
- Complimentary donation drop-off to charity (up to one car boot) or personalised donation guide (list of local options)
Ideal for those who prefer DIY organisation with expert guidance.
It includes:
- 1-hour 1:1 audit via Teams or Google Meet: full assessment of your space, challenges and quick decluttering wins
- Tailored step-by-step action plan for self-implementation with relevant checklists & resources
- Messaging support to keep you on track (WhatsApp or other)
- Additional remote sorting session: £40/hour
Addional Services (price upon request):
- Bespoke shopping list (e.g. researching the best reviews and eco-friendly options curated for your space)
- Customised materials or resources to enhance your organisation
- Bespoke labelling solutions
- £15 per run to charity shop (up to one car boot)
- Evening, Weekend, & Bank Holiday Surcharge: +£10 per hour.
- Travel Costs: travel within a 30-minute drive of SL4 is included. Beyond this, a 50p/mile surcharge applies, plus any public transport or parking fees.
- Deposit: a £50 deposit is required to secure your booking.
